After Placing An Order


International customers:

For 3D Scanned Ear Impressions ( .STL Format only! ):

Please send your 3D Scanned Ear Impression to info@lear.hk with your order number.

For Physical Ear Impressions:

Please print the order form and send the physical ear mold(ear impression) with the order form to the following address.

  • You can provide a picture(If necessary) of the ear impression and send via email to ensure that they meet our standards before sending the ear impression.
  • We will follow up on your order after received the relative items.
  • The normal order turnaround is about 31~40 working days after we've received your ear impression and will send it directly after completion. Please ensure your shipping address and contact is correct.

  • After making the ear impression, you can leave, and the turnaround will be about or at least 31 working days. After completion, there will be a special notification.
  • Ear impression takes about 15-20 minutes.
